Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OutcomeDev (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
OutcomeDev provides an outcome-driven workflow to run coding agents against repositories you authorize. Depending on configuration, the Service may create or modify files, run commands, open pull requests, and produce previews and logs.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
- You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including connected providers.
- You must ensure you have the right to connect any repositories, services, or data sources you provide to the Service.
3. API keys and third-party services
Some agents require your API keys (for example, model provider keys). When you add keys, you authorize the Service to use them to execute your requested tasks. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies; you agree to comply with them.
4. Your content and instructions
- You retain ownership of your content, including prompts, repositories, and files you provide or create.
- You grant the Service a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service as requested by you.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your instructions, including compliance and security constraints you require.
5. Generated code and verification
Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. You are responsible for reviewing changes before deploying them. The Service may provide tests, logs, and diffs as evidence, but you remain responsible for final verification and release decisions.
6. Prohibited use
- Do not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to exploit, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit secrets you are not authorized to share.
- Do not use the Service to generate malware or facilitate harmful activity.
7. Security
You should follow least-privilege principles when connecting repos and services. If you believe your account or keys are compromised, revoke or rotate them immediately.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or create harm to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutcomeDev will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice before the updated Terms take effect.
12. Contact
