Build a meeting brief compiler for a founder or executive: 1. Contacts and companies in SQLite (seed 6 contacts with interaction history: past meetings, notes, commitments made by each side) 2. Upcoming meetings list (seed 3 for this week) 3. One-click brief per meeting: who they are, last three interactions, open commitments in both directions, suggested talking points, and open questions from last time 4. Post-meeting capture form: outcomes, new commitments (theirs and yours) — which feeds the next brief automatically 5. Print-friendly one-page brief layout The loop is the product: notes from meeting N write the brief for meeting N+1.
