Identify technical debt, structural flaws, failing tests, or broken builds. Crucially, include a section titled "What to Deliberately Not Do (Yet)" that explicitly forbids me from adding new features until the foundational debt is resolved. 2. IMPROVEMENTS_PLAN.md: Based on your audit, write a phased roadmap. Phase 1 must always be "Unblock & Stabilize" (fixing the immediate debt/build issues). Subsequent phases can address my seed intent. 3. CHECKLIST.md: Derive a granular, strictly ordered execution checklist for Phase 1 ONLY.
