Build a vendor and subscription ledger for a company: 1. Subscriptions in SQLite (seed 18 realistic SaaS vendors: cost, billing cycle, renewal date, owner, seats, category) 2. Dashboard: monthly and annual run-rate, cost by category, upcoming renewals in the next 60 days sorted by size 3. Renewal radar: anything renewing within 30 days flagged with a decision field (keep, renegotiate, cancel) and a notes thread 4. Waste finder: flag subscriptions with more seats than users and duplicates in the same category 5. Per-owner view: what each person is responsible for 6. CSV export for finance Seed at least two obvious waste candidates so the waste finder pays for the video in the first 10 seconds.
